Roast Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Sirloin Tip Roast (low fat)
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 16 Baby Carrots peeled
  • Box of Beef Broth
  • 1/4″ wide Small Onion
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 3 tablespoons of Flour
  • 1 good sized teaspoon of Garlic Minced
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Brown Tip Roast in a pan of oil, salt & pepper.
  2. Put bay leaf in Crock-Pot.
  3. Place Roast on top of leaf.
  4. Cut potatoes in half and then a couple times again
  5. Add Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Onion, Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste.
  6. Add Beef Broth until top of vegetables are submersed, reserve 1/2 cup.
  7. Mix flour with reserved broth, pour over roast
  8. Cook low until vegetables are done
