Ingredients
- 3 lb Sirloin Tip Roast (low fat)
- 4 Potatoes
- 16 Baby Carrots peeled
- Box of Beef Broth
- 1/4″ wide Small Onion
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 3 tablespoons of Flour
- 1 good sized teaspoon of Garlic Minced
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Brown Tip Roast in a pan of oil, salt & pepper.
- Put bay leaf in Crock-Pot.
- Place Roast on top of leaf.
- Cut potatoes in half and then a couple times again
- Add Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Onion, Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Add Beef Broth until top of vegetables are submersed, reserve 1/2 cup.
- Mix flour with reserved broth, pour over roast
- Cook low until vegetables are done
