Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 chopped Yellow Onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Chile Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 2 cans Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 2 cans Pinto Beans
Directions
- Cook the Ground Beef, Onions, and Garlic and drain.
- Put mixture into a stock pot and add all ingredients except Pinto Beans.
- Heat until boiling, then reduce to simmer heat.
- Cover and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Pinto Beans and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Serve over Fritos or hot dogs.
