Shopping List
- 1/3 cup Butter or Margarine
- 2 packages Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 2 tubs Cool Whip
- 1 8oz package Cream Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 quart of Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Cracker Crumb Base
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Melted Butter or Margarine
Directions
- Combine Ingredients
- Press firmly into 13x9in pan
- Chill 15 minutes
Cream Cheese Layer
Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese softened
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip
Directions
- Beat Cream Cheese, 1/4 cup Sugar, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth
- Fold in 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip
- Spread over crust.
Pudding Layer
Ingredients
- 2 packages (4 servings) Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 3-1/2 cup Milk
- 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip
Directions
- Prepare Pudding using only 3-1/2 cups Milk.
NOTE: As directed on package - Pour over cream cheese layer
- Chill for several hours or overnight
- Spread 1-1/2 Cups Cool Whip over pudding
- Garnish if desired
