Ingredients
For 1-½ lb steak or chicken:
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 tsp minced garlic (2 cloves for freshness)
- 1 tsp Chili Powder or 1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Hot Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Mix ingredients in bowl.
- Add protein to coat
- Allow to marinade
