Ingredients
- 1 can of Tuna
- 1 can of Salmon
- 1/8 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1 Large Egg
- < 1/4 cup of Flour
- 1/8 cup of Corn Meal
Preparations
- De-bone Salmon
- Drain Salmon and Tuna
- Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder
- Add Egg
- Add Flour
- Add Corn Meal
- Press into Patty
Note: Press down if there visible liquid, add more flour or corn meal 1 teaspoon at a time until desired effect. - Dredge in Corn Meal
Directions
Fry until golden brown
Tarter Sauce
Mix mayonnaise, Dill Relish, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste
