Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Tuna
  • 1 can of Salmon
  • 1/8 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Large Egg
  • < 1/4 cup of Flour
  • 1/8 cup of Corn Meal

Preparations

  1. De-bone Salmon
  2. Drain Salmon and Tuna
  3. Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder
  4. Add Egg
  5. Add Flour
  6. Add Corn Meal
  7. Press into Patty
    Note: Press down if there visible liquid, add more flour or corn meal 1 teaspoon at a time until desired effect.
  8. Dredge in Corn Meal

Directions

Fry until golden brown

Tarter Sauce

Mix mayonnaise, Dill Relish, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste
