Ranger Casserole (Stuffed Peppers)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Diced Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 15 ounce can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • [Optional]4 cored Bell Peppers

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Boil Rice
  • Cook Beef, Onion, and Chopped Bell Pepper and drain.

Directions

  • Bake loosely covered for 45 minutes.
    Note: Cook about 65 minutes if stuffing into peppers.
