Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
- 15 ounce can Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- [Optional]4 cored Bell Peppers
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Boil Rice
- Cook Beef, Onion, and Chopped Bell Pepper and drain.
Directions
- Bake loosely covered for 45 minutes.
Note: Cook about 65 minutes if stuffing into peppers.
