They wanted to sell the car and so Dad took the opportunity to buy a more rear seat friendly sedan.  Could not have asked more from the city shuttle.  It got 27 MPG around town, insurance was cheap, and besides filters and oil, no maintenance was required.  Highly recommended, would do it again 10\/10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately nothing lasts forever and it started releasing fuel fumes. Plenty of space for the whole family. It was an inheritance from Grandma Nanny. Mom upgraded from the ZX2 right before Elaina was born. It has power sliding doors and lift gate. When the family goes on the road trip she is the one we use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dad also uses it as his truck, with all the rear seats folding and removed, the rear floor can fit exactly a 4\u00d78. The 244hp 3.8L v6 has a strange long response but is plenty power for light loads. A hitch has been put on which allows the van to pull 1,000 pounds or 3,500 pounds with assisted brakes. The top of the 2\u2033 receiver only sits at 11\u2033 and so generally most trailers will require a rise. Currently it is equipped with a flipped 5-1\/4\u2033 riser which puts the top of the ball at 17-1\/2\u2033.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2005 Honda Accord EX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ngfamily.dynu.com\/ngwp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Cloudcroft.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-414\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ngfamily.freeddns.org\/ngwp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Cloudcroft.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ngfamily.freeddns.org\/ngwp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Cloudcroft-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ngfamily.freeddns.org\/ngwp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Cloudcroft-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Mom and Dad&#8217;s first dates were in this car.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dad\u2019s first owned car. He registered it in February 2009. It is used, with several non-serious accidents already happened, but with great smooth 2.4L inline-4 engine and wonderful handling. The K24A4 engine\u2019s KTEC is designed for economy than power so unfortunately wasn\u2019t the K24A2 I wanted. The sound system was unappreciated until I sold it. It had 6 speakers and a built in subwoofer. Dad did modify it to have an aux in and it had an old iPod that was just left there for music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many miles she have been with the Family as it has gone as far south as Carlsbad and as far north (and high) as Crested Butte. Although it was her second car, it was her first car as the Bug had gas issues and she did not drive it long. Dad was in college and he used this van as his first personalized vehicle. Many stories can be made with this car and so many close misses.
